If you're not in Safari (Chrome, Google, Instagram…)

Open in Safari

Safari didn't open? Copy the link below, open Safari (the blue compass), press and hold the address bar and tap "Paste and Go".

The steps in Safari

  1. Tap , the Share button at the bottom of the screen. If you can't see it but there's a “⋯” (or an icon to the left of the address bar), tap that, then “Share”.
  2. Tap "More" (•••), at the end of the row of buttons.
  3. Swipe the list upwards.
  4. Tap "Add to Home Screen".
  5. Tap "Add". That's it.

Even if your address bar is at the top, the Share button stays at the bottom of the screen.

Can't find "Add to Home Screen" under Share? You're probably in a window inside another app: tap the Safari compass at the bottom right, and the page will open in Safari.

Install on Android

Your browser does it all by itself: one click and the icon lands on your home screen.

You're not in Chrome, the browser that installs the app.

If you're not in Chrome (Samsung Internet, Firefox, Instagram…)

Open in Chrome

Chrome didn't open? Tap the ⋮ menu (top right), then "Open in Chrome" or "Open in browser". Otherwise, copy the link below and paste it into Chrome.

Then, in Chrome

  1. Tap the ⋮ menu, at the top right.
  2. Tap "Install app" (or "Add to Home Screen").
  3. Confirm. That's it — the icon is now on your Home Screen.

Seeing an "Unsafe app blocked" message? It's not from the school: update Chrome and Google Play services, then try again. In the meantime, everything still works in your browser.

Install on Mac

The app goes into your Dock.

  1. The "File" menu, at the very top of the screen.
  2. Click "Add to Dock…", then "Add".

With Chrome or Edge
